Have they started selling projectors and screens now?
I was talking with someone recently that bought some odd name brand projector (new in box) and a screen from some guy. Deal was too good to be true in his mind, but he bought it anyway. Picked up a nice cheapy little projector and a screen for $500.00 Has hooked it up and it works. Supposedly the seller had a couple of these packages and in typical of the white van sales, even had a brochure showing that the projector retailed for $1000's.
When I asked if he bought this from some guy in a white van, he said no, but we all know they do not always drive those.
Can't remember the brand but yes, have seen them. Their website shows them listing for $4k+. One of my customers picked one up. POS is being nice. No Lens shift, no keystone, fan had to be 40db if not more. The sad thing is how many idiots think they're getting a deal.
