Put in in September -October. Yes Model QSGRJ-6P

One, maybe a second, but the third would be hard, but it is the least needed IMHO

It was when the thundersnow hit. That is what fried the GE. I spoke to Lutron tech support and after troubleshooting, the tech came to the conclusion it was fried.

Yes

The QSGRJ is fully RA compatable. I would replace it, it should be under warranty.

The GE keypads can call individual zones on the GE or programmed scenes in the GE so they should work fine with the system, however I do not know if you can program the GE only keypads to control other loads other than what is on the GE.

My system is HW Wireless and I did. Installation and programming.

That is the problem. There are none! The one we had went out of business. None within 100 miles.

Are you a HW dealer? If so you can get everything you need and do it.

That is correct. I do find it strange that Lutron will provide me with a login to be able to d/l their supposedly dealer only HW software, but getting the RA2 software is a problem.

As a Lutron dealer, I wasn't able to get the software until I attended the 2 day training class.

I doubt that you got the full Home Works software.

Try contacting some local audio/video stores in your area, not every Lutron dealer is listed on Lutron's website, just the direct ones.

Sure do. The homeowner version has exactly like the dealer version only the BOM and List of Available Products are removed from the Reports Menu. Otherwise it is the same v. 1.4902 that you have. There used to be a generic login, but now you have to register and get a dedicated user/pass.

Regardless of what some Lutron dealers will want you to believe, Lutron does not restrict the software to dealers. In fact the EULA only mentions you need to have a processor. Anyone who doesn't believe me can go read it for themselves.

Good to know. I will try that. Thanks.

I hope that by "close to the water" you're thinking white water rafting, because in WV, running the rivers is where the fun is at.

Also, bubby, if you can't get in touch with the guys I messages you about, I know of 2 good shops in greenbrier county, but the one I trust most doesn't really do much lutron. Let me know if you need their info as well.
