I'm quite sure Martin Luther King Jr. would be proud. That's what HE worked for, after all.
In the sixties, I was always amazed at the tight skirts that made women take mincing steps because the skirts limited their strides to about twenty inches. Now we've got the same limited strides because these jokers don't relate the place where the pants go two directions to the place where their bodies go two directions. To make it worse, these guys often look like two-year olds who need to be changed and are trying to hold up their load.
