Its not a firmware problem. Don't mess with the firmware. If you try to skip versions in an upgrade, you WILL brick the unit. No if's about it.

We always use A so i would imagine it might benefit a termination change. I am actually not going to do anything until the next time it happens and get him to confirm it is all or just 1-2 keypads.
I wish i had never sold them that. It all started because he was insistent on using Pronto TSU-9800/RFX-9600. Money was not the object, he just did not want Crestron TPS-6X or TPMC8. he had an 8 at a previous home and tried the 6X at a home we had previously done that he rented while building his home. He said he liked his TSU-9400 better than any other remote but wished it was larger..... So, TSU9800 it was.
At that point, AAE my go to DA piece was out of the question. i wanted something decently higher end so B&K it was. the rest is history!
