Chris,

Allow me to begin with the 3311CI's have been working very well with updates in the field, I personally have one and can vouch for it. This doesn't change the fact that some people are having issues. What is causing the issue is to be determined.

Could you please provide the Mac address for each of the AVR's in question. This is located on the rear of the AVR and is also located in the Network info area.

Please PM or email me the information.

I do understand the frustration with this, but I can't assist any further without some support from our CIs. So, to the others with the same issue. Please forward me the same information so the issue can be investigated and addressed.

Thank you in advance.

On a related note, I recently installed an AVR-990 and connected it to the network switch, did a microprocessor reset (this had been recommended at the Denon tech training and everyone else I have spoken with about them) and when I was setting it up, I had no IP address. For that matter, I never even got a MAC address.
My mechanic told me, "I couldn't repair your brakes, so I made your horn louder."

It sounds like a failed network card. I woudlrecommend pulling the unit for exchange if it is within the exchange timeline. Otherwise it would need to be serviced.

I also received your PM and have forwarded it onto the Sales and Marketing team.

Already yanked it- I'm setting up the new one as I type this.

I tried to save the config on my laptop bit it failed. Any tips, like "don't try it if you're on a wireless connection"? Pandora works great, so I know the connection is good.

Thanks.
