Avoid Qualitek Industries.

I wrote a long post but decided you only needed to know:
*they didn't have the product they said they had
*the email saying I could check order status yielded, for a week, a status box that was empty
*phone calls got me one busy signal, two messages saying I'd reached another number and the message system was full, and a woman
*the woman could not answer any questions. She took questions one at a time and put me on hold for up to two minutes while she got answers
*while they didn't have five out of the six items I ordered, they made no attempt to contact me.
A good answer is easier with a clear question giving the make and model of everything.
