Anyone know of a brand/line of HDMI cables that'll fit in a 3/4" conduit? The good ones I have on hand are a bit too large.

Daniel;
HDMI cable head size is part of the HDMI LLC spec, I do not think that you will be able to find one. PM me today.

Daniel; 2 Cat5e is just about the only thing you can do with that size. While you're at it, run few extra wires for CTRL, extra feed, etc.
I had few jobs where all there was - was 3/4" smurf tube, and I couldn't find much of a HDMI solution without modifing the plug, and that was asking for trouble.

I had a rapid run that would only pass 480P on a repair job I needed to do. I would rather not use this proprietary product for HDMI. Maybe fine for component, but I would rather use Cat6/Cat5e and have a large selection of Baluns to choose from.

RapidRun Digital. [Link: rapidrun.com]I third it. I've used the Rapid Run product on several jobs with no issues. I believe they even have a fiber product now for HDMI.

I third it. Yup, use their products often without any trouble.

Hey, all you guys who used rapid run: what were the lengths of the cables?

I wonder, what is the cost difference between whatever length of Rapid Run and the necessary widgets versus the cost of Cat5 and some high quality twisted-pair extenders?
I'm all for some Cat5 and Extron HDMI-201s...

Hey, all you guys who used rapid run: what were the lengths of the cables? Never used the HDMI cables, just the UXGA and component. Shockingly the component cables work at ANY length... :)

Well, more clarity. This is a straight conduit run from the basement, no corners (feeds the bottom of the box). I have a sample of the conduit, and it's 20mm inside diameter (slightly larger than 3/4"). Of the HDMI cables I have here - Cable Zen, several random black ones, Ethereal - none will actually fit.
The closest to fitting is the Ethereal, which can actually be wedged into the conduit, but it's impossible to move. The blue metal portion of the connector actually fits fine, it's the outer black plastic portion that's the problem. I suppose I could try grinding the corners down.

Have you tried to fill a handful of Clear Glide into the conduit first?
