Two of there 3 numbers are disconnected and the main number just rings all day. Does anyone know if they went out of business, or simply forgot to pay their phone bill?

"Xperinet is presently undertaking a significant restructuring due to
weakness in the US economy. Slow US sales have placed considerable pressure
on the company, and we are having to retrench, and focus on engineering
before we can resume sales and marketing efforts in the US."

Maybe they should think about engineering something that isn't MythTV based.

Hell, I'd settle for something that doesn't COST integrators money to install for their clients...

If this is true then what they are really saying is

Xperinet is broke because nothing is selling and

They cant make pay roll, and

They are trying to find people who will work for cheeper than dirt. and

In the mean time everyone who bought there stuff is left to finding their own service solutions?

Sent an RMA to them last week and it was undeliverable by UPS two days in a row. Tomorrow is the last attempt by UPS.

They're also not returning emails.

My bet is they're done.

I would say you are reading an awful lot into their statement.

And I think you'r being incredibly optomistic.

We've seen this literally dozens of times in this industry.

They're done.

This could be very true. I'm a glass half-full kinda guy, so I don't wish ill will on anyone, especially in this economic climate.

They were done a long time ago... wonder when LifeWare goes this route.
