San Juan.

We just went to Vieques, PR in March....it was so nice there, I can't wait to go back. If you get a chance to go to the bio-bay, it is a must...may be the coolest thing I have ever seen. I did have a lot of mimosa's at the pool that day though :)
Here is a link if your interested:

I feel for you... tomorrow I dig into this take over project that I posted about 4 weeks ago. Planning to spend 2 days here to sort through it enough to make a game plan on how to proceed.

Here are the befores, one of the 2 Theater racks:

Where did they put the AMX access point?

Phone system:

Whole house video rack:

I only have limited time as this is an out of town "make it work for the big party coming up" kind of job so this is the best I could do.. Theater rack shown above in the 1st picture:

I would love to completely redo the whole thing and install the appropriate wire trays and so on but it is not in the cards for this job at the moment.. most likely will happen later this summer.

Does anyone have a better looking solution to tie up the service loop like these guys used the elastic for. I have been wreaking my brain to come up with a solution just like that.

those work well for the AXS racks but what about the sRSR racks or small racks on casters?

Spent 4 1/2hrs in the ER with my 7yr old little girl with really bad stomach pains....I couldn't even move her without her screaming. She is so backed up they said it may take a month to clear her out and a year to reboot her system....wish I could take the pain for her. now I just have to find a mineral oil or " kid taste bud friendly laxative". she usually doesn't complain about anything....funny how fast you can get to the ER with a sick kid....I don't remember half the trip

Happens to my nephew all the time. The kid is always moving like the energizer bunny... doesn't drink enough fluids. After about a year or so my sister finally got him to start drinking enough water to stay regular.

I feel for you, glad it wasn't anything too bad. My daughter went through that when she was two. Got her on the mineral oil first, then moved her to miralax, a half a cap everyday for the last year, it desolves in anything and doesn't have any taste.

Her doctor said by being that backed up her colon was swolen to four times the size it should have been, after a year she's much better now. However if i don't put in in her night time milk she askes for her poop medicine.

My 3 y/o daughter has to go in on July 3 for surgery on the 5th to have a tube implanted in her intestine so the intestine wont be stretched out from her backing up. Something about a section of her intestine isnt pushing correctly (I dont remember the details right now). Any way, she has had serious backing up problems for about a year. The doc said to use Miralax powder (Polyethylene glycol-electrolyte) in her drinks. Btw, she is on three adult sized doses a day. Ive tried it before after going several days eating nothing but junk and had my system out of whack. You cant tell it is in the drink. My cousin has a 2 y/o that has a similar condition to my daughter. And her ped has her on miralax also.

Oh, if my daughter goes 24 hours without a bowl movement, we have to give her one dulcolax. But I would suggest putting diaper on her for that. My experience has been it works uncontrollably while they are asleep.

Btw, the real fun doesnt start until your wife comes home from the pediatrician with an enema bag and hose and says "guess what we have to do tonight"

She has gone up to 2 weeks without a movement....when I saw the xrays and her whole stomach was black and completely packed, and the look on the doctors face I knew this was serious

One thing my daughter's pediatric GI said is sometimes kids decide they don't like the way it feels to have a bowl movement. Maybe they had one that hurt. So they resist going and train the muscles to hold back.

Looks a hundred times better but more importantly... it works now.
