i got my arm stuck today. :( luckily, after snapping a photo, my co-worker handed me a screwdriver so I could loosen up the piece of wood trim under my arm.

I saw the funniest thing: A buddy saw a Comcast install truck going down the freeway next to a DirecTV install truck. Adjacent windows were open and they were giving each other the finger and laughing their heads off.

I clocked out at 1:05 a.m. today. It's been a while since I had a 17 hour day.

I drove for an hour to install a few MA trim plates & a drawer. I also rewired relays for film screen masking panels and updated the prodigy programming.
When i got there i let myself in and found a note at the top of the stairs...
"Speakers?"
Thats all there was in the note. I assumed it was for me :). I get down to the theater and fire it up to find that the right channel is super loud compared to the left. I foolishly start at the source and work my way to the speaker only to find that someone must have moved the speakers or stepped on the cable. Sound was restored when i tightened it. I even spent a few minutes checking the Lexicon settings to see if something had changed. Total waste of time.
Turns out that the note was from one of the kids... left for their father. They had friends over. Same clumsy friend is probably why it looks like the projector has been moved every time i go out.

52 Room hotel with upscale Cafe upstairs and traditional pub downstairs. Not new construction but pretty much the whole interior was. Huge soaking tub, massage rooms etc. Strictly audio except for one zone of video. Autonomic loaded with all lossless music MMS goes through Bryston DAC into DBX ZonePro, Crown CTS2000s, JBL Control 30s and SB210s. 500wpc background music, can't say I've done that before. Also had custom enclosures built for the SnapAV in-wall subs to surface mount (will post pics, they came out really nice.) There is also a permanent live sound system with JBL PRX615s which can be routed through the 6 DA zones as well. One of the biggest challenges was mounting the 45lb Control 30s on the cantilevered invisiball mount to a combination of original brick, concrete, and plaster. There is such little wall space this was one of the only options. First MC3 for us, local Crestron 12 button KPs, as well as xPanel on the POS machines, iPad and iPhone. The local KPs have different conditional logic so that patrons cannot control the system and only the staff with authority knows how. Using the scheduling on the Autonomic for different music genres and on the ZonePro for Different EQ different times of the day. Turned out nice

How did the mc3 work out? Did you have any issues with any of your own modules? I have had a few small problems getting some of our modules to switch over and was just wondering if that was true with anyone else. The hotel looks nice, I would love to see some pics of the inside if you have them.
