I only slept till 11: 30 this morning. Finally about 5: 00 I left the house for the first time in two days to get my hair cut, and decided to see tron. Right now I'm waiting till time to go back to catch the midnight showing of green hornet.
if we don't get rid of this snow soon so I can get to a job site I may lose my mind. My wife and kids have been gone to the inlaws for over a week because she couldn't take any more snow.

Thanks guys, this has been a long time coming, and despite what I know lies ahead as far as stress hard work, it's the best decision I've made in a long time.

Today I spent the entire day freeing myself from System builder by making my house work properly off of my Simpl program.
Liberation
After training I thought it was way too difficult but its not so bad. A CAIP I am not but I have the confidence to at least make a basic Prodigy system work. My home system was wayyyyyyyyyyy outside the lines of the Prodigy sandbox.

I got to deal with more defective electronics today. Replaced a brand new HP wireless printer that died, and had to get an RMA on a brand new Elan amp. WTF is up with manufacturers today, your f$cking QC blows donkey balls!! RTI, Lutron, Crestron, Elan, Motorola and the freakin list goes on and on.
Seriously getting tired of being af&cking beta testers

Thats a lot of love Roddy! I thought your heart belonged to Lutron. :) I share my love with those who deserve it!! ;) Sadly Lutron is not special on that list. I have only had one 7 week debacle with them in my career... lol At least it ended well, and the clients still let me in house.

I terminated so many 110 punchdowns that both my thumbs started to bleed!
So I made a vodka lemonade lit a cigar and jumped into the hot tub!
