Hi, I am an old fan of the pronto line but until today, I have only read the forum and bought Prontomediacenter via a member of this forum.

I am writing today because I need help.

A few days ago my tsu9300 died
I turned it on but it shows no signs of life
I disassembled it (thanks to the excellent manual I found on this forum) and after reconnecting it to the display and batteries when I turn it on the LEDs on the motherboard that illuminate the keyboard light up for a moment but it gives no other signs of life.
Since I have another 9300 I tried connecting the LCD screen to the board of the other one and it works perfectly, to be sure of the problem I also tried doing the opposite, i.e. connecting the motherboard of the one that doesn't work with the display of the one that works but the result is always the same, leds light up for a moment but it doesn't give any other signs of life.
I think the board is dean, any suggestions?
Can anyone tell me if it is possible to buy the motherboard as a spare part? And Where?
I'm writing from Italy and the Pronto line in my country has been distributed in very few points of sale, has sold almost nothing and no Philips assistance knows how to repair it.
I would hate to abandon it, my last hope is that someone here can help me.

Look for user GoPronto via a User Search here and send him an email. He's in New Zealand and I think he may still have some 9300 spares that he would sell you. May not be cheap but he was the NZ distributor for Pronto.
