Has anyone had luck getting Jons Simulator 1.31 working on Windows 11. I get an error when trying to launch the Simulator.

Mike, What error? Did you set the simulator executable to run in XP compatibility mode if such a thing exists? I'm flying blind here because I'm not running Windows 11. Lyndel |

never mind, deleted the new, unzipped it again, followed the instructions and now working, with exception it won't communicate with a network IR RFX9400 extender

I believe to get things to work properly, you must set all your extenders to Fixed IP address in the Pronto Project. It must be on your network and have a valid IP address and it is that fixed IP address that you should set in PEP2/PEP3. For sure, it will not work with an RFX9400 that is in ad-hoc mode (ProntoNetwork1, .. ProntoNetwork3). |

on same network, set IP, set to PEP3 and not in ad-hoc mode. Works fine with the remote.

Interesting. I know I can SendIR to RFX9600 on Windows7 with no issues.

I remember it working on Windows 10, so maybe it's an 11 thing or just me, I had such a hard time getting it to work.
