Just picked up tsu 9600 after tsu 9400 on the fritz. how to download my 9400 config to the 9600, I tried, works but doesn't fit the screen. Config is small in the upper left corner. I changed project type to 9600 shows config in upper left small and got a pop up Unhanded exception has occurred in a component in your application. If you click continue the app will ignore this error and attempt to continue. Didin't want to continue without more info. Running PEP2 on HP windows 10. Is there a setting in PEP2 to change or do I have to redo. Hoping for a setting. Little above a novice. Thanks

Chris,

You could have a font size specified that is not an exact match with Pronto Maestro.

Check your 9400 config if you are using Custom Fonts and ensure that if you have a label where the Pronto Maestro font is being used that it is set for example to 10 points and not say 56 points which is not one of the font sizes allowed.

Once you get past this, you can drag and resize buttons. However, the 9600 is a 640x480 landscape remote which is a screen size 4X of the 240 x320 portrait 9400.

More than likely you will find yourself redoing the graphics anyway.

If you want to email me the file to the address on my RC profile and give me some instruction as to what options/buttons you are clicking in PEP2.

Please don't just send me a file, send me the config file plus a file with text instructions.

Thanks,
Lyndel

Thanks Lyndel. You were right I found myself redoing config. I had the old one for a long time so with the bigger screen I decided to go all new. Thanks for the offer to take a look at 9400 config, maybe i'll take you up on it in the future.

Chris
