WARNING - With latest TVOS 17.4, when the REBOOT_FAULT_B or REBOOT_FAULT_C IR codes are sent to the ATV, it causes a complete reload of the Apple TV and you have to have an IPhone around as ATV asks you to enter a code on your IPhone to initiate the download. Do NOT remove power to the ATV, otherwise, you will be left with a brick. If your ATV does not have a USB-C connector, there's no way to restore the OS.
When bricked, the blue light flashes normally and then goes into a brief fast-flash mode.
