I could really use the new version. I am responsible for updates to several TSU9400s. I need the access to Philips PRONTO Professionals website too.
Your work over the years has been a tremendous help. I have had every version of pronto since the TSU1000.

See the first post in this thread but beware that this version is BETA only and may have memory leaks so save your configs to different filenames and often.

Dear Daniel,
My name is Steve Jaffey, and I just purchased a 9800 (used of course). I have not been a member RC until recently. I have been in the process of purchasing Lutron RA equipment as well as a used 9800, so that I can (at long last), try and make a family room more like a theater.. the kind you see in the magazines and home shows. I didn't know that I needed a code, until I purchased the Pronto Professional. I have the disk with ProntoEdit Professional 2, but I now understand that Professional 3 is available from Phillips' Web site, and from RA as well. I would most appreciate receiving a code so that I can get to work, getting my hifi equipment onto the 9800. I hope that you get this message.

Please read the post immediately prior to the one you posted requesting access to PEP3.

Hi Lyndel
Used RC for many years starting on not such good terms trying to understand the URC policy of not offering support to non installers that was then this is now and many years later and wiser (I hope) I am thinking about ditching my MX-950 for the TSU9400

My question is the start of this thread the OP was asking people to request access codes to the Philips site to obtain the programming software that software is now readily available.
The question is why?
Is the TSU series obsolete?

Thanks for any input here as I do not wish to make a rather expensive mistake in choosing my next remote and value the advice from the pros on this site

Steve

I am looking for the password for the files for the pep cars and the glass house etc.. I may put up a working file of this for the members when I am finished for the 9800 if that would be ok. I just need all the passwords.

I was a dealer and have a few pieces left .. 9800 and 9400.. also two serial extenders. I have not sold em yet hoping someone would pick up the brand.

I still think the form factor is the best looking out of all the remotes out there.

Plus it was dependable. NO use posting about how much I like it I guess including the programming which is very powerful and intuitive.

I had just finished my last projects to submit for the highest cerification and boom they shot it in the temple.

Cars and Glass House files are in the Pronto Profession files section.

A search for 'glass house' and 'cars' on the files section yielded these links.

If you have content that was not publicly available that you downloaded from the Pronto Website, I would check with Daniel first before uploading.

PEP v3 is now available here in the files section and requires no serial number to install. Enjoy!

The prontoscript account will give you access to scripts from Philips. I don't think Daniel has loaded all the scripts available.

I think the only thing I haven't loaded is device modules.
