I doubt PEP3 will help. Are you having problems learning the IR codes? If this is the problem start a new Thread and post some examples of the IR hex codes even if they don't work. Please don't post them if they start FFFF. |

You don't need PEP3 unless you want to use the new overlay features.

Dear Daniel, I am using pronto tsu9400&9600 (and became a RC member) for quite some time now. I acquired both via a friend who is an audio/video installer/distributor and use them in my home setup. I recently upgraded tot PEP3 (as I wanted to rework my setup (adding sonos script) but remain stuck with old firmware. My old philips account (dated 2008) doesn't seem to work anymore so I would be grateful if you could provide an access code or a link to firmware 7.4.22

I could really use the new version. I am responsible for updates to several TSU9400s. I need the access to Philips PRONTO Professionals website too.
Your work over the years has been a tremendous help. I have had every version of pronto since the TSU1000.
