When you put it back on the dock, does it reboot? (I.E. get the little pronto animation)

Maybe you have a bad/dead battery???

Sounds like you have a battery that has died. You will need to contact www.servicewidetech.com to get the unit serviced.

It's generally not user serviceable... As Lyndel said, you will need to get the unit serviced.

I have had this 2 times before.. there is nothing you can do about it your self

you have to send it to a Philips Pronto Distributor or service point.

You can open a TSU9400 with a T6 Torx but you cannot do so on the 9600 without risking breaking a few plastic clips. The battery on the 9600 is NOT user serviceable. You must send it in for service.
