Hi All, As per above, am trawling through mountains of info trying to find the Pronto Hex for direct HDMI switching sources 1,2,3 on Samsung hospitality Commercial TVs, 690U series in particular. Logitech harmony Pro Support want pronto hex. Samsung say they don't deal with it and are suggesting MDC control. Trying to get them to talk is painful. I know it exists for some recent Samsung Hospitality TV as had a 2016 470 series model working using a home hub previously, and would think this is same code, but it can't be extracted from the remotes directly as there is no button for it. Many Thanks for any help, Dom

Hey Dom. I don't think we've met yet, but I have a feeling this is related to a discussion I am having with Samsung right now, so when one of my guys saw this I wanted to reach out. Samsung reached out to us last week. I believe we updated most of the commands for the series you specified, and requested for Samsung to confirm if the direct input commands are the same as on the retail products since I don't have a commercial version in the office to test, or your contact info. As an example I have three Samsung TVs in my home now, and have direct Input access to the HDMI inputs. I asked for your contact info as well, since I figured we could hop on a call and have you test the codes immediately. I'm sorry that your discussion with them hasn't been super easy, but I will say internally they reached out to enough people to get me looped in, and they've been responsive to our request for codes so hopefully that makes you feel a bit better. They should be working on it now, but I am happy to provide myself as a contact for you, for this or anything else you might need. Our dealers know we are pretty responsive, so if you aren't on our webinars or dealer portal, we should get you set up. Shoot me a message, or feel free to email me directly at [email protected] and we can set up a time that's convenient. As a point of reference since you've been dealing with Samsung, I head up installer services for Harmony, and have about 18+ years in the industry, so I always love a chance to talk shop with our installers. Have a great evening, and let me know how I can help. Sincerely, Brett Bjorkquist Head of Installer Services Logitech [email protected]

Hi Brett - sorry for late reply - sure is, and still ongoing with us! To update, from testing we've found a few random model codesets that seem to work for some of our 690U series TVs, and it seems that we are finding is that the published codes do not work for the NF series TVs. The previous and subsequent generation NE and NJ TV series seem to work with other 690U series codes which you already have in your database e.g. HG75NJ690UFXZA - Direct HDMI Switching works with Logitech codes for HG49NF690UFXZA (which bizarrely is an NF model) HG50NE690BFXZA - Direct HDMI Switching works with Logitech codes for HG55NA790 HG65NF690UFZA HG55NF690UFZA HG50NF690UFZA and other NF series: Direct HDMI switching we cannot get to work, but other commands seem fine. I'll contact you directly, as was about to update Logitech and Samsung support tickets also. Thanks Dom

Hi Brett Just to add - the communication part hasn't been painful on the Logitech side - you guys have been great, and all other installer issues quickly resolved - great setup. But they were unable to go further in speaking to Samsung directly (which seems to have been escalated to you now anyway!). The main pain has been with Samsung B2B support setup, and lack of available documentation for this model year codes.
