I bought it off of ebay. I need to program it my 24.r for my home theater. I have searched on the forum and found that it needs to be programmed by a professional installer. I Have a buddy who is an authorized seller who is going program it but i still would like to be able to program it at home. what are my options? I do have a pretty technical background as i am a mechanical engineer. I have some programing experience.

It is a dealer only product with no access to software for end users. My advice if you would like to program or make changes on your own is to sell the pro control and buy a Harmony, as it will not have any restrictions.

It has been a few years since you posted this - did you ever find the programming software for the Pro24.r? If so, would you point me to it?

Thanks
