I've had a Procontrol 24.r with a ProLink.r processor for quite a while now, and it's always been very hit-or-miss in terms of responsiveness. I sometimes have to hold the remote at a certain angle or away from my body for the signal to get to the processor. The remote and the processor are, at most, 10 feet apart with no walls in between. I've learnt to live with it but it strikes me as odd that a unit like this is so poor in terms of radio signalling, so much so that I wonder if there's a fault with the unit or the processor. Has anyone else who uses these had a problem like this? Cheers Jamie

When introduced they seemed like a good deal. I tried one, experienced these issues, and have not spec'd them in systems since.

I haven't experienced anything like this. I've had issues at 50' plus but not anything 40' or less.

One quirky thing I have noticed is that the button presses take a take a full firm press, not a wimpy click on the corner of the actual button. This actually made a difference last year when I was doing a demo with a husband and wife.
