Just bought a RU 950, advertised as having latest firmware loaded, however I cannot scroll down screen in settings, the arrows to do so aren't present, so only have one screen, so can't see firmware version, or calibrate etc etc.
Ok sorted that, now cannot load any files from here into pronto edit, have 3:1:3 every file gets a message saying file is corrupt or incomplete, control is running version 3:2 firmware, have 3:9:8 downloaded but of course can,t get it into pronto edit
