Philips does not make my original remote any longer (RC2016). I have a color alignment issue, now that we moved the TV, and I HAVE to have the remote to adjust convergence for Intellisense.
So, I went out and bought a harmony. Download was a breeze, thought this would be a piece of cake...There was no command in the download menu for the intellisense button.
Now I need the hex code # to get to Logitech. UGH! Called Philips...Talked to 5 different departments, and was on hold for over an hour!!!
How do you get a code for a remote no longer made??? OR even better...How do you get someone from Philips to actually HELP or know someone who can? Fed up with them!!
Any suggestions??
