AV Custom Installation Programmer - Magnolia Audio/Video
Magnolia is hiring a AV Custom Installation Programmer for our Santa Monica, CA location.
JOB DESCRIPTION:
Handles all basic and intermediate automation programming (Universal Remote, Philips, Control4, Niles or similar) and Lighting Control programming. Verifies simpler programming and network and remote access issues. Is also responsible for finishing the install and verifying all components are in working order. Intermediate programming includes RS232 setup, touch panel programming and whole-house audio for Control4 or similar. Responsible for communicating system operation and use to the customer and ensuring customer satisfaction. Reports directly to Installation Manager and indirectly reports to Programming Manager.
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:
- 6+ months of programming in an Audio/Video or Home Theater Environment
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- Associates or Bachelor's degree in a Technical Field
- 2+ years of A/V Sales or Install Experience
- 1+ years of Networking Experience
