Hello, can anyone help please ?

My Nuvo NV -E6D is only responding to some commands via serial. Zone on / off responds but no response to possibly source selection and volume :( as getting no sound

Is there anyway I can check the right serial commands are being sent ?
I have the Nuvo protocol here :
