Hello all, just joined.

This is my problem.
Dear Sir,
I have a sumo webdt 370, running win ce 4.1, running Remote Control II latest version.
I have 8 screens within the program, all with roughly 20 buttons on each. I did 4 screens perfectly, all using the IR Quick learn function.
However once I got past the 4th screen, it will learn no more commands. I press IR Quick learn, the screen comes up with the IR Function number. I press the corresponding number on the normal remote, it makes the happy done sound.
I then push the button which I have just programmed on the webdt, and it makes the unhappy sound, as it has not learnt the function.
Moreover I look in the IR function drop down list in the edit panel screen, and the numbered function that it has just apparently learnt is not there.
Also, it cannot be a storage problem, as I have not even used half the memory on the webdt.
Any ideas what is going wrong?
P/S, this is a great program and I am really enjoying making the new remote, just don't understand why it will not learn any more IR Commands...
or is there a limit on the number of IR codes it can store?

thanks alot for any help.

Hi Nick,

the number of available IR codes per *.IR- file is limited to 256.

There are two options for you.
1. Select a unique IR- device for each panel, so you have upto 256 IR codes per panel (tap in edit mode on the background of the current panel and select a IR device from the drop- downlist).
2. Learn all codes directly in the IR- database. This method is prefered because you can define function- names for each learned IR- function.
