Run one time and it will generate a configuration file
Edit the config file
enter the url where you will be storing your weather images
enter your zipcode

The list of weather images in the config file are what you need to
find or create for display in CF.

Set the program up to run once every 15 minutes or so via task
scheduler in windows

Load weather.dat in CF for easy weather parsing w/ 7 day forcast for
your local zipcode
