It appears that it's not: [Link: en.wikipedia.org]"The first commercial spam on Usenet was from immigration attorneys Canter and Siegel advertising green card services." People were spamming links since the 80's (or maybe 90's, it doesn't say and it's wikipedia so take it with a grain of salt), that's quite fascinating how quickly marketing people catch on things. |
