I am hoping someone of the forum might be able to help. I maintain my own system as I live in a remote part of Australia.

I have recently had to change the ip address range on my network. I have changed the ip address of the Swamp and I can see the unit via the Sonnex tool. Nothing else has changed, yet I cannot control the Swamp via the touchpanels any longer.

Does anyone have any ideas as to what might be causing this?

Depending on how the system was setup, your IP tables may need to be adjusted on the SWAMP, Processor, and possibly touch panels to reflect the change of IP address.

You also will also have to adjust the IP addresses of the Touch Panels to ensure they are on the same subnet as the rest of the system.

You can connect to it via toolbox? Make sure your DNS servers are setup as well. If you can't connect to it via IP, use USB, always works.

You need to Look at your IP table on your Processor Info Page to see it if the Swamp is still talking with Pro. If swamp is off line you'll need to reestablish connection to Pro.

Hopefully he hasn't been waiting since Feb for this.
