Hello everyone,

Earlier this year we became a crestron dealer. Now that we have finally received our opening order I am ready to start on our showroom stuff.

Anyways, when I try to do an update for everything though master installer the programs will get anywhere from 80 to 95 percent complete and then stop downloading. I am only dowloading the required updates at this point to try to keep the size to a minimum. I am on wired network rather than wireless.

Anybody have any ideas? I've started it a couple of times and the same thing keeps happening.

Thanks for any help.

I have found that trying at a different time of day sometimes helps. Also try reinstallating master installer as an administrator.

Sometime Crestrons' site drops connections. You can also do one application at a time.

It is buggy that way. Happens randomly to me frequently and on multiple machines and OS versions. It is remarkable that it has stayed buggy that way for at least two years I have been using it.

Shame because it is a time saver otherwise.

I usually do updates individually as well. I rarely have any luck using Master Installer unless I happen to be on the phone with tech support... lol

I ended up downloading individually.

It would be nice if they would either make it work or just make it go away.

I have only been able to make it work 100% a few times. It takes so F"ing long to DL their software too. I wish they would use a filesharing service.
I may be schizophrenic, but at least I have each other.
