Hey guys a couple of months ago I downloaded a module for a JVC-RS20, and now I'm in the process of programming the showroom system at my office. Problem is I cant figure out how to convert the module to be Systembuilder compatible. Also I am new to Crestron programming and don't have the knowledge to just program the system in SIMPL. Thanks in advance for any suggestions.

Open the module up in simpl drag in a virtual serial driver for macro connection. Add a TX$ on that respective line and a RX$ on that respective line and save the module to your user module folder. Thats all you have to do. Simply type TX$ and the RX$ and save.

It's been quite a while since I had to do it, but I thought you also had to modify something in the header? There is a pretty good help topic on it in SB if you search for "Virtual Serial Driver."
On a similar topic, what do you have to do for an IP driver?
Thanks, CJ
