It has been over a decade since I had a URC remote. My TV guru is a licensed dealer but I haven't talked with him yet. I would like to run my setup by the experts before talking pricing with him. My main concerns are my Google TV devices. I have used a Shield for years but am trying out the new Google TV streamer. I think both are only Bluetooth.
The rest of my setup is pretty simple:
Sony A95 OLED
Panasonic 4k Blu-Ray (DP-UB82)
Onkyo RZ50
Nintendo Switch

Looking to add some blinds as well, maybe the Powershades?

I assume with either the Shield or Google TV Streamer, I would need to use the OEM remote for the voice search button? Not a big deal as long as I can control the devices with the URC remote.

With URC's Complete Control remotes, you would not be able to control the Google TV streamer 4K "OR" the Powershades either.

Your dealer would need to use URC's Total Control line of products in order to control the Powershades and there 'might' be an IP driver that can control the Google TV streamer 4K.
Need to talk with them to know if they can even do URC TC for you.

I'm not arguing, I'm explaining why I'm right.

FLIRC works on a lot of different devices. But it does not work on the GoogleTV box. I tried it when it first came out and was disappointed when it failed.
