Hello, I'm trying to set up my MX900 to work with my Roku (non-stick).
I can pick any Roku Model and everything works great when testing through the Complete Control Program but once I download the commands to the Remote.....
Arrows refuse to work at all on the Roku.
All other buttons work fine.
Found the HEX codes and entered them for the buttons.
Still nothing.

This is frustrating.

UPDATE: Ok, this is the weirdest thing.
So we have a Roku in the front room also.
I'm trying to get this one to work in the guest room.
Both Roku's are somewhat the same (non-stick).
So I took my front room remote...it also a MX900 and it worked great for the Roku arrow buttons.
I checked both ip database for both and they are the same.
Again....weird
So what I did in CCP was I brought up the backup file for the front room and changed everything but the Roku to fit the guest room.
Bingo..... everything works great.
You can't make this stuff up.
The guest room MX900 works great for the Roku, Dish and DVD.
And switching HDMI on the TV to go between them.

Do those keys work fine in other devices? Might be bad keys?

Do you see the arrow command in the macro window when you click the arrow image in CCP?

Yes the arrow buttons work fine.
I thought of that also and verified this.

It is just weird that that commands work fine when testing but not when it is saved to the Remote.
I know I'm pointing the Remote right at the Roku.

I found that if you unplug the power to the Roku I can do the learning with the Roku Remote but that didn't work either.

This is very strange

Yes I can see any of the HEX or learning commands in the micro area.
