Hi, im curious if its difficult to pair my MX 780 to a new TV, recently i upgraded my TV in my room, i have a MX 780, it changes channels, and changes inputs, the only thing it doesn't do is turn on and off my tv, its not a huge deal because i have my main remote from the TV but if its possible to do without having to get someone to come to the house i would be really curious in trying to get it working with my new TV

Thanks!

You have to have the software to program the remote.

If you don't know how to use the software, it doesn't matter if you want to change 1 button or a whole house system. It's going to be Greek to you.

Ask the programmer how much it will be. It will only take a few minutes to do what you are asking. If he can drop by while going to/from another job (and you are a regular customer), they may not even charge you. I wouldn't.
If however you live out of the way and have never bought anything from them except that remote..., a service call around here can run $100-$150 depending.

No kidding!

I called my dealer to find out how much my truck would be worth as a trade-in. His first question was whether the gas tank was full or not.
There is no truth anymore. Only assertions. The internet world has no interest in truth, only vindication for preconceived assumptions.

Well he didn't ask if it was full with gas. You should have just said yes and got the hose out 😁
