I have just got an MX980 and cannot get it to connect to my WIN 7 64 bit PC.
I can see that windows has installed the device under device manager I can see under mobile devices,

URC USB Sync MX1

If I go to upload from the remote to CCP its in the list but gives a cannot connect message.

I have tried to update the driver both from the web and form the Visa-win 7 driver in the CCP folder for the MX980 so an a bit at a loss.

Any help most welcome

Thanks l do not have an install MDC under ccp tools. I have tried the process,
1. Right-click on "Computer" and select "Manage"
2. Open the Device Manager, next select the Mobile Device – URC USB Sync MX.
3. Right-click and select "Update driver..."
4. Select browse my computer for driver …
4. In the wizard, select "pick from a list of devices..."
5. In the list, select (Mobile devices)
6. Uncheck “show compatible hardware”
7. Select Microsoft "Microsoft USB Sync".

But still get an upload error ?
