I needed to add a MX-450 since my wife wanted something very simple to control TV in the living room. My Tivo Box is upstairs in my equipment rack and is not RF. It does have IP control, but my wife does not like the Android or iPad apps. I have a MSC-400 in the equipment rack and I knew very little about the MX-450 except I thought the layout was just right for her. After reading a couple of posts on this forum on how to get MX-450 to play with the MSC-400, the project only took about 30 min. This included running the IR sensor to the front of the Tivo box. Thank you URC for making my life simple and thanks to the folks who share their knowledge on this forum. I think the post by Duct Tape provided what I was looking for, so special thanks to him. :)
