Something was announced on 1/31. Anybody know how this will work? Just new drivers added to accelerator or something else?


Edit - I see there is a mailing list at extra veg. site, and signed up. Looks like a third party module that you buy a license per install like the iOS support.

I believe they willl charge around $175 per home.  It will support most 2-way features "as-if it was the Sonos interface itself" at ISE they told CE Pro that they are trying to imitate the module as close as possible.

I know EV has a n API for Sonos which makes them uniquely positioned to offer the module.

I hope they do their iTunes module and do some sort of XBMC integration!

Yes, would love to see Direct TV but they did downgrade their API quite significantly.  You can no longer access the Channel Guide which is honestly the only reason I would have liked to see the module.  

Accessing DVR lists is cool, don't get me wrong but the real selling point would be navigating the guide on the Remote Control/iOS and not needing to interrupt your current show.

Some login creds now. I just really want feedback like current channel and be able to make decisions on that. I can get this stuff with stupid little browser testcase , but I haven't figure out how to make use of it with total control.
