After downloading the available update to my 880 I can't get the program to function. It opens with the message: "Unable to find theme folder: Alpha" Below that is an "ok" to click which after several clicks, gives a Microsoft message "MX editor application has encountered a problem and needs to shut down."
I've tried this several times and no change. Later a screen came up saying if I downloaded software or hardware recently I should uninstall it.
Just asking if this is really what I should do or if there are other avenues? WIll this delete all my 880 program files? Is this a URC problem?
Thanks

Sounds like something is corrupted. I would suggest uninstalling it and then install it again. Shouldn't delete your remote files, if you're worried you can always move them to a different folder.
