I have a Panasonic TV TC-P65ST50

I have a MX-900 & MX-980 that are having the same issue.

Both remotes operate the TV fine using codes 664 or 669.

The issue I am having is when I go to use the Viera Tools, and I choose DNLA server, the up and down keypad on both remotes move the selection bar more than once on my tv.

I have about 5 devices that appear when I go to DNLA server. when I hit the UP or Down button, the TV jumps 3 selections instead of 1 at a time.

The original remote works fine.

any suggestions how to slow down the buttons on a particular device (in this case my TV)

One of these two should fix it:

1) adjust the trim settings for that emitter on the rf base station (if you are using one). Also make sure that the ir port is assigned to the TV and not set to all.

2) in the programming software, go to the command for up and down for the panasonic TV, hit the macro programming icon, double click on the remote command, then adjust the number of repeats for each of the commands.

DAMN YOU NAILED IT !!!

The TV is using IR only.

I double clicked on the macro program for UP and Down, I actually had the repeat set for 1, but what I did was to UNCHECK the box that says "Repeat while button is pressed"

Thanks for the help :-)
