I have a MX-6000 that till yesterday was working fine - this morning it will not connect to PC. It is giving me a error 1062 and telling me to re-connect the device or restart per manufacturer instructions.
I have done the following in attempt to remedy the situation -
Tried 3 PC's - all running Win 7 64 bit
Tried 3 USB cables
Factory Default many times
Removed battery - Factory Default after each.
Any ideas on anything else that I can try.
Thanks!
Ted
