Does anyone know where I can get a first generation MX3000 download cable? URC does not have any and cant any. Rep doesn't have any. I've tryed my camera cable and no luck.. Thanks Mark

try using that camera cable in a different USB slot....that worked for me.

Help, I'm in the same boat. I popped the battery cover off and the only other connection I see is this really big one next to the battery connection which is about 1.5 inches long. Is there another one somewhere that I'm missing???
