Dale,

I am not an installer, but I have an MX-3000 that I have programed myself. I have been asking around to see if there are anhy classes or workshops I can attend to learn more about the MX-3000. If I could I would consider programing part time in my local area if it is possible. Any feed back would be great.

Thanks,

Don

I did not see a response for MX-3000 training. Is there any type of training available, such as better manuals (dummies book), Web training, or local classes in major cities. If I want to do some development as a part time job, how can I get trained?

There's lots of online and live available to custom installers through URC Control Room. However, since this training is designed for custom installers, the only way to access it would be to take a job with a custom installer. Every now and then I'll see someone share their account access details online, but we do monitor account usage and cut off accounts that are clearly being used by non-professionals.

Best regards,
Dale

Thanks, Dale. The bottom line, is anyone that has a MX-3000 that wants to use the editor to update their software from time to time really can't do it on their own - except for trial and error using the Manual.

I love the Gravity template and have moved it into the Image Gallery. As I begin to replace the old buttons (Metalic), I seem to be missing the simple On and Off buttons. I had used them in the upper left and upper right to toggle devices off and on. Did you leave them out purpose since they were simple circles? Of course I could use one of the buttons and add the on or off name, but I would rather have the circles.
