I have a B&K SR10.1 (re-branded MX-700) remote. I have been working hard to get it to do exactly what I need it to do, but I have been unable to solve one major problem: When I begin on the main page, I would like the hard button for say "cable" to change inputs AND move to that component's menu. I am having a problem doing this. Can anyone offer a suggestion?

You need to use a program MX Editor on a PC and connect your remote to it. All sorts of wonderful possibilities then open up.

You need to make a macro. From there, you can have a button press do multiple things.
