I downloaded ir codes for a Runco q750i from runco website. It is in the ccf format. When i select universal browser and search for the codes i cant find them( and yes i know where the codes are located on my computer ccp just isnt seeing them) am i searching in the wring place to import these codes or is there something else stopping me from doing this. Any advice is appreciated.

Did you unzip the file? I forget what extensions CCP looks for.

You certainly have to unzip the file first. If you then open the .ccf file with the Universal Browser, then expand each section of the tree, you should see all the individual commands listed as "Learned Data". The just drag the "Learned Data" to buttons on the MX-980.
