Anyone know if URC plans on supporting the codes for this? I have a Harmony remote and tried learning the codes from the Harmony to my URC MX-810 and it just doesn't work well at all.

The buttons aren't recognized all the time and the Revue seems to have a hard time seeing the IR eye. I have to place it in a very specific spot for it to even register(I am using the MRF-350 and have the eye turned up full).

Sounds like Logitech used the same obscure, hard-to-work-with code format as they did on their PS3 adapter. Works fine on the Harmony, and by Logitech's logic why would you be using another remote besides the Harmony?

At any rate, it's probably time for URC to figure out what's up and get that format working correctly. :-)

As an FYI, I was able to get the MX-810 to work semi-reliably. I changed the IR eye I was using from the one supplied with the MRF-350 to one I had purchased from Best Buy, when I needed extras.

I don't know why it didn't like the MRF-350 IR eye but it works kinda ok now with the other eye. The reason I say kinda is because I think the Revue's IR system is flakey to begin with. Sometimes the keys with be read perfectly, other times they will double, other times they will be missed. This happens with the MX-810 as well as 2 other Harmony remotes I have and an older URC 8910.

The one thing I did notice was that I could NOT use the trick used to allow graphics on the screen buttons trick, that I use with other devices on the MX-810. The trick to use a favorites page as the activity(instead of an actual activity) and then change what is sent using the browser window. It would not send the codes properly when I did that.

Even when I use an activity and select the Revue device, for some reason the button presses don't seem quite as reliable(especially the number keys) as when I go straight to the Revue device page. Strange. I tried to copy the learned codes in from the device itself using the browser and loading the saved file, then dragging the learned codes to the buttons. However, when I did this, they didn't work at all... even more strange.

Is there any way with the MX-810 software make it so when you select an activity on the main screen, have it just go a specific device's page directly instead of going to that activity's page?

I would love it if someone could get the revue IR hex posted. I don't have a haromony.
