When I try to get a live update, I get a pop up that says "Update is available. Software will be restarted." When I click OK, nothing happens.

Running the program as administrator does not fix this.

Any ideas?

Thanks

Brad

Mine is working fine. Check your User Access Control settings. It may be automatically blocking the program from making changes to your PC.

Has anyone had success with this. I tried the LiveUpdate on both an XP box and Windows 7 with full user access and still no luck. Any other suggestions

I've had this issue too on multiple computers. Weird thing is if you have MX-900 software installed update that first then magically the MX-980 software will update. Strange but it always works.
