FWIW, I ended up using BD-P4600 (DVD 275). All worked except pause.

For some reason, nobody at URC realized that the only Pause/Play combined buttons were on the original BDP-1500. Since then Samsung has seperated them. (But URC just copies every command down and doesnt seem to investigatte any changes or additional features. Even Samsung TVs are all just copies of each other. No content button, no internet, no HDMI 4 in the discretes for 2009...Is there a way to report this stuff to the IR coding team? Not a big deal, I'm just sayin....

you can email [email protected], you can use this email to send make and models of device ir codes that have not been updated into the preprogrammed database of if codes are missing.

CAUTION URC PROGRAMMERS: You have to learn the EXIT button or it impossible to get out of the internet applications without power cycling. Yes, there is an IR code on the URC exit buttons but is actually the IR code for "return." Return will exit out of anything but the apps. The actual exit button not in database at all, at least not under those models. Not sure as far as the codesets but perhaps someone should make them aware of it.

I figured this out after installing and programming for 5-6 players all over town. I have almost finally made it out to everybody's home to correct it and add the button. Yikes the fact that this simple thing was overlooked cost me several hundred bucks in truck rolls by the time I discovered it.

Thanks for the info, so far we have been using the menu button (not the disk menu or title menu) and it gets us out of the apps. The only apps we are aware of our clients using are Pandora Netflix and occasionally Sodoku, so not sure if it works for all.

FWIW, URC does not have every device known to man, and all the associated remotes in their offices for coding. Even if they did, most of the factory remotes don't have discrete buttons on the physical remote anyway. Instead, they rely on the manufacturers to provide them with the code. And until we step up and tell them there's an issue with the code, they will never know there are issues. They are very good about fixing the issues, once they know, but it's imperative to notify them as Madeira*83 has indicated.
