Have a customer with a 6 month old 980. The other day he picked it up and the screen was blank. Everything still works fine and have tried resetting but screen remains blank. Anybody else experience this? Is it dead or can I revive it?

Since it's under warranty, just have it fixed. If you have an extra 980 lying around give that to them for a loaner while their remote is getting fixed.
