Does URC make a lighting dimmer switch suitable for a situation where the wattage is below 600w and there are compcast floursecents (which I would think might not be dimmable)? Person likes the higher Kelvin light color with the CFS's he buys...

Nope, you'll have to use the switch MRFA-S6AM-URC (418MHz).
