Have a client who wants to buy a URC remote - he has an AT&T U-Verse box. None of those in my neck of the woods and I wanted to insure him that there were code sets that work in URC's database.
I know you can learn, but there have been problems cited in threads I have read on other websites.
Any info would be greatly appreciated - client lives in Texas.
Thanks, Jimmy

Will he be buying a computer programmable remote? If so, the code is in the database.

Yes, an MX-5000. I see the codes are there, but I want to know if they work - I don't have access to his equipment. I read there were roblems with some of these codes (not in the URC database but when people tried to learn).
THanks

They are in the database and they did work last week when I programmed an MX-450.
If they don't work, learning the codes are easy.
